I’m a design leader, founder, and systems thinker who helps teams build world-class products and teams, and the systems that scale them.
Over the past 25+ years, I’ve worked across consumer and enterprise products, from 0 to 1 startups to global platforms. I specialize in bringing consumer-grade UX to complex software and building the foundations that help teams move faster with confidence. I’m especially drawn to net-new paradigms (like connected hardware), extensible platforms, and new interaction models.
I’ve advised dozens of startups from deck to product vision to MVP launch and beyond. I’ve also been part of multiple exits, including an IPO at Zendesk and acquisitions involving Automatic Labs and Worklife (MeetingHero).
I founded Forge Studio to embed as a trusted partner inside product organizations and deliver senior design leadership and impact.
